Eligibility requirements
To access our Large Deposit Solutions products and service, you must:
- Hold a minimum of £1 million across all Oxbury savings accounts
- Hold no more than £15 million in Total Oxbury Deposits
- Be an Individual aged 18 or over
- Have a UK current bank account in your name
- Be resident in the UK, and only tax resident in the UK

Easy Access Accounts
- Rate: Variable AER
- Access: Same working day, subject to 1:00pm cut-off — no notice period
- Interest paid monthly
- Initial deposit window: 90 days to fund the account.
- Rate-cut notice: 14 calendar days
- CHAPS fee: £10 for external transfers over £1m
Notice Accounts
- Rate: Variable AER
- Access: Requires XX days'* notice to withdraw or close; early withdrawal possible at Oxbury's discretion but may incur an interest deduction (with prior notice of the deduction)
*XX days refers to the number of days notice for the product. A range of notice accounts is available: from 35 days notice up to 180 days notice - Interest paid monthly
- Initial deposit window: 90 days to fund the account
- Rate-cut notice: Notice period plus 14 days
- CHAPS fee: £10 for external transfers over £1m
Fixed Term Bond Accounts
- Rate: Fixed AER — cannot change during the term
- Access: No access until maturity — no withdrawals at all during the term
- Interest paid annually or on maturity (not monthly)
- Initial deposit window: only 14 days but multiple deposits allowed in that window from Linked Account or other eligible Oxbury accounts
- Maturity process: Oxbury contacts the customer 30 days and 14 days before maturity; if no instruction is received, the balance rolls into a Bond Maturity Rollover Account with a new Product Summary.
Across all accounts
- Each account has its own minimum opening balance of £1,000 and maximum of £10 million; your combined balance across all Oxbury savings accounts must stay within the £1m–£15m LDS eligibility range (excess allowed only where it results from interest credited)
- If Total Oxbury Deposits fall below £1m, Oxbury may transfer the customer to another suitable product, with at least 60 days' notice and an explanation of the new product
- Interest is accrued and calculated daily
- Variable-rate products (Easy Access and Notice Accounts) can either be linked to the Bank of England base rate (Base Rate Tracker) or not (Managed Account). We will let you know what type of account is available
- Accounts can be managed via Oxbury Online Banking, App (2 devices needed for app registration; restricted in certain countries), or a dedicated Savings Specialist. Other Support available: Oxbury website/FAQ, Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:30pm (excl. bank holidays)
- FSCS protection up to £120,000 per person / per company
