Current Opportunities at Oxbury
As a Security Analyst, you will monitor our endpoints, environments, and networks for security threats, deploy and maintain security tooling, and take ownership of day-to-day security monitoring. You will support the Lead Security Analyst in ensuring security events are triaged effectively, noise is managed, and reporting to stakeholders is clear and consistent.
You will be working with the IT team to ensure that security events are triaged, tune events out and take ownership of the Security Monitoring tools. This role will be supporting the Lead Security Analyst and ensure that reporting to the necessary stakeholders are clear and repeatable.

Reporting to the Senior Credit Manager you will be responsible for credit risk activities at Oxbury Bank including underwriting, ensuring, where required, security is correctly held and provide support for compliance matters.
Ensure that Oxbury lending is conducted on sound commercial and professional principles which place customers at the heart of its activities and achieves its defined corporate objectives whilst being underpinned by a framework of prudent and effective
controls which enable risk to be assessed, managed and controlled.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Risk, you will support our team to promote and continually improve a strong risk and compliance culture within Oxbury, and to ensure that our compliance framework is risk-based and effective in giving the business and management insight on conduct and regulatory risks.
You will be responsible for leading day to day management, delivery and continuous improvement of the business’ compliance plan, along with compliance monitoring and advisory activities, providing practical guidance on regulatory matters, identifying and managing compliance risks, and supporting the business to deliver positive customer outcomes while maintaining high regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support the smooth and efficient running of Oxbury’s Chester office, and provide high-quality business, governance and administrative service support across the organisation.
You will be responsible for coordinating office operations, building effective working relationships across the business and supporting executives and key governance activities, ensuring colleagues, visitors and stakeholders receive a professional and efficient service aligned to Oxbury’s wider business objectives.
