I have an existing electronic farm map
Many farmers will have produced a digital map of their farm themselves or have created one with a business advisor. You can either:
Send a link to us if you have a tool that allows you to share your map.
Alternatively, email a digital file (or folder with multiple files) to your Relationship Manager.
Acceptable file formats are:
- GeoJSON
- KML
- SHP
- DXF
- TAB
I don't have an existing electronic farm map
We can create a map using your Single Business Identifier (SBI) with the Rural Payments Agency (RPA). Please make sure you provide the number to your Relationship Manager during the application process.
If a considerable area of your farmed land is not registered with the RPA and not included on your SBI, please send any other evidence you may have to help us create a complete map of your farm (e.g. land registry title plans or cropping plans)
